Allison had a winding path before "FLUX," starting out in healthcare in the early 2000's, she moved around the country while advancing her career into various management roles. In the middle of her career she obtained a degree in Visual Journalism and worked as a freelance photographer for a time. Post pandemic, needing a change, and seeing an opportunity in the quickly growing market of EVs and Electrification, FLUX was created.
